What a great find . Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Had a great week . Buffet food was what you would expect. Very clean . They are refurbishing the hotel so looks like the comments of “ a little tired “ is being resolved . But couldn’t have asked for more

Honestly feel negative reviews were at a different hotel - we stayed just there days but no complaints. Staff all super friendly. Honestly feel negative reviews were at a different hotel - we stayed just there days but no complaints. Staff all super friendly. Despite arriving midnight due to delays from UK with storm staff were very welcoming and walked us to our room and showed us faculties and how to work safe etc. Staff were all friendly and attentive. Whilst inclusive only included the three meals there were lots of choice and options. It's Morocco....you don't go expecting chicken nuggets and chips. The food was good and we are at the Moroccon a la carte and impressed with that also. Animation team were attentive but happy to leave you alone if you just wanted to chill. Beach spot was lovely and location is very handy Honestly loved it so much im returning with my 8 year old in next school holidays. Yes it's not absolute luxury but people aren't paying luxury price and the staff and settings make the place perfect

“Not as good as expected”

This was our first trip to Agadir but our third to Morocco. We have stayed twice in similar star hotels in Marrakech but that is where the similarities end. This was our first trip to Agadir but our third to Morocco. We have stayed twice in similar star hotels in Marrakech but that is where the similarities end. The hotel is as people have said a little dated. The food is repetitive to say the least and the constant waiting for plates, refills of empty food areas, queuing for omelettes and other cooked foods is ridiculous. Tea and coffee machines not working, no bottled water at breakfast just endless jugs of awful tasting smoothies which no one seemed to drink! The rooms although advertised do not have WiFi this is only available in certain areas and the advertised air-conditioning is in fact nothing more than an old ducted fan system which in our stay couldn't get any lower than 26C not particularly cool. The entrainment is poor when compared to the resorts we have stayed in Marachech a nightly quiz and a mediocre at best singer does get boring after a few nights! The staff however are very friendly and willing to help and I thank them for all of their hard work when many guests took their frustrations out on them at times. I don't think we will return to Agadir I think Marachech is definitely the better option

Decent hotel with nice pool area and mainly very friendly staff but some parts of the hotel getting tired. Guests seemed to enjoy the daily entertainment. Always had the feeling that the staff were trying to limit what you had on the all inclusive. Breakfast had a good range of different food and evening meals were generally also good although variety could be improved. Only had lunch on final day as was golfing other days. Most frustrating was trying to book restaurants as you had to be there until person at 4pm but we were at the golf course at this time. We were originally told to go to the restaurants in the morning to see if they could do anything for us but this did not work. We were then told to ring reception at 4pm and they would transfer us to restaurant to make booking but when we tried this we were told not possible. In the end reception staff just said to us that the special restaurants were a ‘gift’ from the hotel and therefore not entitled to it. Very poorly managed in my opinion.
