Ok so just before flying out I read the reviews on this place and I were dreading coming here. HONESTLY I got there and it was a lot better than I expected. Ok the rooms are really outdated but me and my friends didn’t care about that as we knew we’d only be sleeping in there. I think the workers are lovely, in all areas. I thought outside looked really nice where the pools and bar were and there’s a man with a camel that visits each day. If you walk out the back way of the hotel the beach is literally a 2 minute walk I thought that was great. We got all inclusive and the food wasn’t too cracking but we still ate it as it wasn’t completely terrible. Breakfast was decent as you saw omelettes being made infront of you . We met some great people at this hotel which is a bonus. Coffee at the bar area I absolutely loved it I think all these bad reviews aren’t fair as the place is clean it’s just very outdated that may make it look dirty. I honestly would come back here I think people just complain too much I think the best places are the ones that aren’t perfect it makes more stories and memories. Also if you notice waiters being moody I did notice a lot of holiday makers were rude and obviously no one wants to put up with that. They were very friendly to us and people that would have a laugh with them. Overall? Not too bad at all if you aren’t a picky person.

My sister & I left Caribbean Village on 24th June around 6.30 am - Weather perfect & most of the staff give you 100% - don’t expect variety in food or masses of variety! Top tips: 1. There is a snack ticket you need to get between 1000 - 1200 hrs from the Restaurant Reservations hut - you can also reserve time for pizza on evening (all part of all inclusive if you have ticket). Snack is served from 1pm in Pizza Restaurant down left hand side of main Oasis Restaurant - lovely fresh salad served & burger & chips cooked fresh & brought to your table. 2. Main pool is where animation team are and lots going on but if you want a bit of quiet there are another 3 pools. 3. Get your towels down early or tip sunbed man to save for you next day - he’ll have umbrella etc all set up. Pool next to main pool has a few large canopy’s if you have small children & children’s pool next to larger pool. Towels available for £10 each from guest services from 1000 - 1500 hrs - you can change them through hol and get your £10 back when you give back with original receipt x 4. DONT LEAVE TIP FOR CLEANER GIVE IT TO HER DAY BEFORE - the men on reception when you hand your key back go up to room & steal her tips! We caught them at 0630 hrs on morning of leaving ! Apart from - you make your holiday - the bar staff are blooming great especially at lunch in the pizzeria & at the bar one over from the main pool. Ridee is his name - fabulous! Gull’s are loud, take your own travel kettle if you like a cuppa when you wake & include powdered milk as there isn’t a fridge so you can make up what you need when you need it & beds & pillows are like concrete but you get used to them 😜 You'll enjoy your hol it is what you make of it but for price don’t expect 5* food or drinks only 5* service from majority of staff - would absolutely return xx

I was a solo traveller and just returned from being here a week. My room was dated, clean and no cockroaches. Food was typical as can be repetitive, eating out is cheap. Animation team worked hard all week and try to involve everyone to join in. The outside could do with a deep clean, though I could see as the week went on, they are starting to do more work. The beach is beautiful and so close to the hotel. I found all staff pleasant and friendly To be honest. You get what you paid for and the people and atmosphere made my holiday. Had a great time
