Enthusiastic and welcoming staff! “Amazing holiday most enjoyable week there”
I’m really happy with my time in this hotel the best part of it all was being involved everyday with the animation team doing all the different activities big thanks to Sarah, Jihan, Rico, Omar they were my favourites people in the animation team

“Needs a cash Injection”
The hotel complex is huge but rather run down and outdated. Food and drink not great but staff work hard and always smile. The animation team do a great job and probably the only reason people return. There is only one person serving at the pool bar whilst the others are serving at tables for tips… more
The hotel complex is huge but rather run down and outdated. Food and drink not great but staff work hard and always smile. The animation team do a great job and probably the only reason people return. There is only one person serving at the pool bar whilst the others are serving at tables for tips. The local drinks seem to be watered down except the gin and whiskey but some people still sat there drinking from morning to midnight!
