Honestly couldn’t give this hotel less than a 5 star, everything was great and the Bravo entertainment make this hotel, Karam was amazing makes you feel so welcome and treats you like a friend! Always something to eat in the hotel, the only time i ate out was on Moroccan night as it wasn’t to my taste. Thanks for an amazing stay would come back in a heart beat! P.s the pools are cold but after speaking to other visitors in different hotels, all the pools seem to be cold in agadir.

“Lovely Holiday ”

We have just arrived home after a week here, we arrived at 12pm but couldn't check in until 3pm, we received our wristbands though so we could have lunch & drinks at the bar. We have just arrived home after a week here, we arrived at 12pm but couldn't check in until 3pm, we received our wristbands though so we could have lunch & drinks at the bar. We were told after lunch to check if our room was ready which it was. On arrival to our room it was lovely & clean, No tea & coffee facilities which was a shame but found out later on you just needed to ask reception & they gave you a kettle. Staff were so friendly & work so hard, OK the food is up & down but you could always find something to eat. There are four restaurants 2 minutes away which we tried one night. We will definitely go back knowing everything we know now.

Lets do the good points first. Staff were brilliant and very friendly. Check in was quick Bedroom was a good size especially the bed. Towels changed every day, and room cleaned. The hotel was in a good location,5 min walk to the beach. Now for the things that could be improved. While the pool area was a large size, there were so many sunbeds pushed together, you had to climb on the sunbed at the bottom, or pull one out and find somewhere to put it, just so you could put your items between you. Having this set up meant there were no tables for you to use to put clothes or drinks on. Also there were no ashtrays for people to use, so therefore they put them on the floor! The choice of drinks were very poor in the all inclusive package. The restaurant was not the biggest, and could get very busy at times. The food was very luke warm, and sometimes cold. One microwave had been provided to warm your meals up, but you should not have to do this. The desserts never changed for the seven days we were there, so hence we took a look at what was on offer, then chose to eat out. all adds extra expense to your holiday. To hire a pool towel was either £20 or 20 euro per towel, we have stayed in 4* hotels loads of time, but only ever paid a couple of pounds, or nothing. so more expense you had to find, not good if you went on a all inclusive deal, and didn't take a lot of extra money with you. I can understand only being given plastic to drink out of outside, but not being allowed to have a glass in your bedroom for a late night drink, because of health& safety issues, BUT they provided you with glass in the room to use in the bathroom, or to have a drink of water.!!!!! Also a 4* that doesn't provide tea/coffee making facilities, this issue was mentioned by a lot of the guests. So we would not go back to the allegro
