“location, location, location !!!”
again the the review I read ws very accurate. no remodel since the 1970s, could have been cleaner. This hotel is very big, lots of rooms, but not many seem to be in use. “Hotel with the best location, and a touch of history”
We always stay at the Colonial when we want a night or two in Veracruz because it is directly on the Zocalo where there are a choice of restaurants and bars. The old place is clean and cared for, not new. Never had a bad stay here in 7 years. Park onsite. Walk to the warf, several very go... more
