“Beautiful Veracruz”
We stayed at the Camino Real for a week. We had the most enjoyable stay. Overall the hotel was very good, and the rooms were very clean and well kept up. “What a lovely time we had at the Camino Real”
We arrived by taxi from airport and were greeted by a gentleman named Juan who helped with our bags. .The ladies at reception were very polite and let us check in early (noon) which was great. Now we had booked a junior suite which was on the end of the building overlooking the beach and out to sea… more

“Great hotel but some services need improving”
Check-in was late because the room was not ready at 3:00. The refrigerator was locked and no key to open it. When we requested a blow dryer it did not arrive before our check-out time so we had to leave with wet hair.

“POOR QUALITY AT HIGH PRICES”
Poor quality in all aspects. Rooms, service, breakfast, infraesructure, everything. Additionally the lobby it was under repairing. The rate is not according to what it offers. Is too expensive for the level it has. The location is good but I will not go back.
