“Excellent place to stay in Tampico”
My experience was very good at this location. I would recommend it to any of my friends. I would be happy to bring my family members to stay at this location in Tampico. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

“Hotel stay with small children”
Great hotel, centrally located in Tampico. Very clean, secure with amenities for the whole family. The pool is a great way to relax after a hot day touring the city. And the breakfast brunch is absolutely the best one in the city! Great value for the price.

“Excellent service”
Good service overall by both front desk and accommodation. Fast check in and check out. Good breakfast and enjoy my stay here. Room was tidy, clean and comfortable. Everything works except there is no water heater.

“A classic hotel with bad service ....”
The HS Hotsson Tampico used to be from the Camino Real chain until 2019. This is a classic hotel in Tampico with good location, nice gardens and lovely swimming pool. However, the service from HS Hotsson Management is not good. I stayed for 3 nights, and the problem is with the time for cleaning… more

“Door guy”
Hospitality at the front entrance while checking temperature could be improved with warm welcome and with respect. Restaurant’s food option could add more variety to suit international food requirements (for each religion) and services could be better
