“Catalonia Royal Tulum is a lovely resort with great activity options”
We came just after hurricane Beryl but team worked hard so almost no damage visible. We received very well and the privileged rooms were perfect as well as the service ,pool, food and activities with Diego, Charlie, Elias, Shamy, Paulina, Gio, Christina and waiters. We arrived a day after the hurricane and the hotel staff did everything they could to get the hotel cleaned up again, which they did within 2 days. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpfull. “Fun time while relaxing”
Engaging activities throughout the day at the pool and on the beach. Gio and Paulina Charlie were great. I did water aerobics, volley ball and beach Olympics. They were present everyday. Great personalities and hospitality. This is our 2nd trip here.
