We had an excellent 10 day stay at Bahía Grand Coba. From moment we arrived until we left, everything was impeccable. Cleanliness was of a high standard, the rooms were a little rough around the edges but nothing that was of any issue or unsightly. Our room was perfect for a family of 3 and a great location, mini bar stocked daily and rooms cleaned to a high standard-only issue was the sheets not fitting the bed properly but very minor issue. Food was amazing, fantastic selection at the buffet and staff all very attentive and seat you promptly. We tried 5 a la carte restaurants- all were fantastic, service and food were impeccable. Highly recommend Protofino restaurant and Gran Tortuga restaurant. Pools were always clean and well maintained, some sunbeds a bit outdated but not a major issue. Snack bar was a favourite for our daughter (although the racoons were a bit of a nuisance but staff were quick to shoo them away). Buggy service was available frequently to get you around the resorts, we sometimes would wait a bit long and drivers would go out of their way to accommodate us, often detouring from their route to make sure we got to where we needed to go-could not fault this! Entertainment was great, especially around the pool during the day-foam party was so much fun! We were there during Canada Day celebrations and although we aren’t from Canada we absolutely loved the festivities and everyone was encouraged to join in. We had a lot of issues with mosquito bites and had our room fumigated twice on request very promptly (done via the app). The app was an excellent way to up to date and find our way about. As we were Coba, we could only use Coba for buffet and drinks, however we were able to have some soft drinks at Tulum which was fine, everything we needed was at Coba so we didn’t feel the need for any upgrades. Overall our stay was definitely 10/10, we are already looking at booking for next year. Our experience with Bahía Príncipe and Tui was amazing and could not recommend enough!

Over all good hotel. Food was good with fish options in buffet. We have small kids so was easiest to do the buffet. Most days had a variety of options. I do remember a night where options were bare. Over all good hotel. Food was good with fish options in buffet. We have small kids so was easiest to do the buffet. Most days had a variety of options. I do remember a night where options were bare. Kids water park area was great. Esp for ages 2-10. We stayed there most of the time. Lots of chairs. Shuttles to the beach are quick. Beach was rocky in the water alittle. Rooms aren’t sleek or fancy but very clean. Everything worked but they do need an updating. Entertainment at night was great! Overall great value for a family!
