“Great relaxing vacation !!!”

Spent a week here first week of November. I can't say enough about this resort. Such a relaxing getaway. The room that we had was a walk out junior garden sweet and loved the fact that you can walk out the door right to the small private pool and beach right there. Loads of iguana's kept us company as we sat in the sun. Housekeeping was prompt and our rooms were done daily. Buffet was decent and changed over daily with lots of options. We only did two a la carte menus and loved the food. The service here was fantastic, super friendly and efficient. Shout outs to Wilbur at the lobby bar as he made our mornings absolutely a great way to start the day. German, Carlos & Danielle in the Dining Room and Karla at the front desk. Went above and beyond and made our stay even more memorable. The pool was closed there, but we didn't care as we spent out time on the beautiful beach where servers made sure you had drinks all the time. Only downfall is not much in the way of shopping, or nightlife. But if you're going here for relaxation and refresh this is the place to go. We will go back for sure.

“Amazing Hidden Gem will never forget”
Great resort all around, staff is friendly love the beach service for drinks shout out to Guadalupe, Estrella. At the snack bar, Daniela. Music at the beach by Able was a nice touch. I was a junior suite which was spacious, great view, comfortable beds and pillows. Cleaning staff was great, loved the artistic towel arrangement. Made my day. Loved the location of resort with oceanfront views, sandy beach was great. Nice to snorkeling of beach. Lots of stingrays.

100% Recommended! My partner and I spent a week here at the end of May, and we had an amazing time. Positives: The view of the beach is incredible from any room, and every balcony has its own jacuzzi! The food is outstanding—definitely a solid 10/10. A great perk is that you don’t need to make reservations for dinner; you can simply show up at any of the restaurants whenever you like, and you’re welcome every evening. The highlight for us was the incredible marine life right off the beach! Don’t fall for those guided tours promising to show you turtles—if you have a little patience, you can spot them right in front of the hotel. We saw about ten turtles in seven days, plus various types of rays! We also found that snorkeling early in the morning increased our chances of seeing even more marine life. Negatives: There aren’t many activities offered on-site, and the evenings are very quiet, but this was actually perfect for us since we go to bed early and came here to relax, not to party. The only minor downside (though not a major issue) was the seaweed. There was quite a bit floating in the water near the shore, but once you passed that, it was fine. Personally, I didn’t come for a picture-perfect beach but for the chance to see turtles, so this wasn’t a big deal for me.

We became members of this resort because of the awesome atmosphere and great staff members! We go twice a year and every time we get treated like family. Special thanks to to Filiberto for always taking the time to check up on us to make sure everything is going right through out out stay. Thanks to Zaisha for assisting us in every reservation for restaurants and all activities. If it wasn’t for her we would not enjoy our time to it’s fullest. Jesus from buffet is our number 1 person to look for his customer service is awesome and we love that he continues to grow within the company because he is a great asset. We love that everyone goes out of their way to make it memorable every visit. We are just so touched by all these amazing people such as Daniela, Ramiro, Jose, Yaneli, Guadalupe, Carlos from reception, Efrain who catered our romantic dinner. Not forgetting The Lima team who made my birthday very special. Raquel, Valeria, Toribio, Jose Manuel, Daniel and Manuel! Our towel Guy Angel! Always on top of things.
