All service was awesome !!! From Ricardo the bellhop who ensured my luggage was securely seen to my room. Angelo and Erick for providing the best entertainment/ experience service!! Also to Pedro at the concierge desk who ensured our overall experience was THE BEST!!!!

Our first visit was in September of 2023 and it was an amazing visit. Food was excellent. Service was outstanding and the overall visit we were very happy with. For our 2024 vacation, we opted to return again because last year was such a great experience. Again, the experience was not only great, it was even better. The buffet restaurant called The Kitchen the manager Christian and the waiter Alberto were our favorites. Christian, the manager would greet us at the front door and remembered our names and our room number every single day for 6 days. Alberto, the waiter was extremely polite and was very attentive and greeted us every morning at our table with our usual drink order of tomato juice for my wife and my bloody Mary with no vodka. The waiter Padron took great care of us at lunchtime with his attentiveness and conversations. The Mexican food restaurant called Agave had a hostess named Amelia and she was full of personality and would joke with me. The waiter William was so polite and so attentive we wish we would have eaten in that restaurant more often. My wife and I are in our early '60s and we enjoy going to this hotel for the attentive service, the delicious food and to do nothing other than lay on the beach, enjoy the sun, the water, the breeze, the sand and the sunrises. By the end of our vacation, we are totally relaxed. We look forward to returning in 2025 for our third visit.

What can we say?!! The experience myself and my husband had at the hotel was amazing and we can honestly say that the holiday, whilst pricey for a stay of 2 weeks, was worth every penny. From the start of our stay, receiving bubbly prosecco to being shown our room, which was a Junior Suit at the Excellence Club, we immediately realised that this was going to be a holiday like no other. A spacious and airy room, double bed that seemed to go on for miles, a fully stocked mini bar, complete with snacks and fruit juice, a jacuzzi bath in the middle of the bedroom, plus walk in shower and double vanity unit and separate toilet. Not to mention the bottle of prosecco and fresh fruit on the table. The cleanliness of the room was amazing and in fact the room service bordered on the ridiculous as, following the cleaning of the room, if we had used towels during the day they would be replaced. Chocolates and/or petits fours were delivered to our room on a daily basis and on more than one occasion we were surprised by the beautiful towel sculptures placed on our bed. The daily entertainment was amazing, from the performing acrobats and unicyclist to 'Claudia' the singer and stilt-walkers, not to mention the Michael Jackson performance. Unfortunately, the entertainment only went on until 11.00 pm which is honestly the only criticism we could make of the holiday but it wasn't a big deal. Now on to the staff at the hotel, the Mexican people are the most genuine, happy and polite people we have ever met and we have travelled to many locations around the world and have never met such a welcoming and genuine people. Special mention goes to the following lovely staff: 1) Leylan Valesquize - she is a brilliant manager and from the start when we mentioned that on our first night that we had a 40-minute wait at our chosen restaurant she made sure, going forward, that we could choose the restaurant of our choice and the time we chose. Nothing was too much bother and before her days off she sent a lovely message to our room, together with a beautiful towel sculpture to wish us a lovely next few days - this, in our opinion, is above and beyond care and service - never experienced before, it was amazing and we truly believe that this lovely lady will go far in her career as she ensured we were well taken care of and looked after from the onset. 2) Amabelle - what a lovely lady with an infectious laugh - she made sure we were had a never-ending supply of cocktails and even went to the coffee shop for me (a different location to the pool bar area) when I wished to have a coffee as opposed to a cold drink. Always with a smile, and again, as with the staff of the hotel as a whole, nothing was too much trouble. 3) Moses - at the same pool bar as Amabelle - cheerful and mad! He brightened up our day and constantly told me in a jokey way that he loved me! 4) Raoul - fantastic service at the poolside of the Excellence Club, in addition to Leylan, he was instrumental in making sure we could visit the restaurant of our choice at the end of the day. Raoul also made sure we secured a good spot to soak up the Mexican sun and chill by the pool. As with all the pool staff, at frequent periods throughout our day Raoul checked in with us to ensure all our needs were met. 5) Other mentions: Antonio from the Lobster House and Eduardo from the Agabe restaurant and particularly for his served in the Flavour Market restaurant. Carla - a great final evening at the Magna restaurant and many congratulations to her for passing her trainee period. Alberto in the Kitchen restaurant - you do need to smile a little more and be more attentive - we waited more than 20 minutes to order our tea with our breakfast. Magna for Excellence Club members, lovely for a quiet intimate breakfast served at the table. Fabulous food for the evening - a special mention to the Tomahawk steak and Surf and Turf dishes. The Kitchen is great for a buffet breakfast and to really enjoy absolute calorific indulgence. So much so, that if you wish, you can drink Moet et Chandon Champagne with your breakfast if you wish. The Lobster House is also a great place, overlooking the sea and hotel pool, to have breakfast. Chez Isabelle - the French restaurant was also a favourite of ours. On our last night Leylan ensured we had a lovely table which was decorated with rose petals – such a nice touch!
