“Wonderful dinner!”
Excellent food. Our fav on the property. My wife would not stop talking about the meat. No seriously she was obsessed. It got somewhat uncomfortable. Then dessert came and at least we didn’t talk about the meat anymore. Now it was the flan. Perfect sweetness.

“Yes yes yes”
Marcos made our experience the best. He was kind and funny. I asked him to talk to me only in Spanish and he did. We had laugh. The food? Amazing, if you want to experience a typical Mexican food I can recommend this great experience. Much as gracias Marcos

“Adult pool bar”
Margarito was very professional and provided great service. His attention to detail was fabulous. His friendly and welcoming demeanour was much appreciated. The caipirinha and margaritas were the best in Mexico and were the highlight of our visit to the pool

“Disappointed in some areas.”
We arrived at the resort 4-5 hours late due to Sunwing’s two hour delay in the baggage area. No communication was given to travellers. Then the buses were more than two hours late taking us to our resort. Unacceptable. The heat and lack of places to sit was cruel and chaotic. I will not fly Sunwin… more
We arrived at the resort 4-5 hours late due to Sunwing’s two hour delay in the baggage area. No communication was given to travellers. Then the buses were more than two hours late taking us to our resort. Unacceptable. The heat and lack of places to sit was cruel and chaotic. I will not fly Sunwing again. Cancún was unbelievably disorganized. The resort did not cater to later arrives. The tired room was adequate and cleaned daily. The water was undrinkable but the provided sanitary water system in the hallways was a welcome relief. There was no complimentary water bottles. The over-abundance of ants on our ground-level Terrance prevented us from sitting on the terrace. The smell of sewage was also overwhelming at times. On a positive note, the food at the buffet and restaurants was great. The cleaners worked diligently. I never received a message from Sunwing while staying at the resort as all contacts were sent to my home computer. Due to lack of communication I missed the return Sunwing bus back to the airport after investigating the delay in our departure. I was told to hire a taxi at our own expense (70Us + 20uS) for tips. I wouldn’t return to Cancun.
