“Excellent Food and Service and a spacious, comfortable room.”
Room was very comfortable and spacious with all of the needed (and more) amenities. Bed was very comfy with great pillow choices to allow for a pleasant rest. Room was very comfortable and spacious with all of the needed (and more) amenities. Bed was very comfy with great pillow choices to allow for a pleasant rest. Loved the outdoor shower and bath tub, as well as the large closet. Food and drink were excellent. I particularly enjoyed the bell pepper cocktail with just the right amount of spicey kick. Service at this hotel is top notch--and I was often greeted by name.

From the moment you arrive till the morning that yell "no" because you don't want to leave, The Viceroy is truly the best place we've ever been in Mexico. It is truly a magical place. We never could decide if we were at a beach resort or in a Mayan jungle paradise. The villas are incredibly beautiful and secluded, the service was unbelievable, the spa services were wonderful, and even the gym (should you dare! LOL!) was beautiful with scenic views. This place will capture your heart!

“Oscar and Pepe at Viceroy make your stay worth every penny.”
The Viceroy is wonderful. The folks who work there go above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Talk to Oscar at the Coral for drink. He is great. If you’re hungry on the beach and need some snacks, ask Pepe. Both fantastic. The facilities are first class. Highly recommend.

“High Level of Service and Luxury”
The service and luxury of this resort made this a trip I’d consider repeating - and I normally would not repeat a destination. The service and luxury of this resort made this a trip I’d consider repeating - and I normally would not repeat a destination. Our villa was clean and private, regularly attended to without us even being aware of it. The common space was well maintained and staffed. Shout out to Victor, Pepe, and the bar tender for never letting us go without a drink by the pool or a snack on the beach. We really enjoyed this opportunity to rest and recharge and be pampered at this resort.

My wife and I just returned from our vacation at the Viceroy. I can not say enough about the extremely high level of service we received. The entire staff went over and above to ensure that our vacation was stress and worry free. Whether refreshing a drink by the beach or pool, ensuring our meals were everything we expected to saying buenos dias using our names and smiling, it was extremely memorable. The food was all excellent and fresh, not a bad choice on the menu. The rooms are spectacular, well appointed and extremely clean. We also enjoyed our welcome guests of cats, coatis, and monkeys! So many of the staff to thank, but special shout out to Pepe our beach buddy, Oscar the best bartender and Luis, who served us breakfast almost every morning. I would not hesitate to return to this wonderful resort
