“Recent trip”
Miguel, Rafael, Charley, Alex, Lenin, Cipriano and Eliniana were all great. They are so helpful, fun, have high energy, and made our trip the best. Thank you to all the staff for their hard work! However the grounds are not as clean as they use to be with dirty plates and glassware in the hallways.

“Royal Hacienda”
A great resort with lots to do. A nice family resort with loads of kids activities. One really excellent restaurant. The main restaurant was only so so. We have been coming to Royal Haciendas since 2006 more or less but due to the pandemic we had to skip a couple of years. “Wonderful week!”
We are having an amazing week at Royal Haciendas. Despite a couple first days of a little rain, we were blessed with tons of sun! We would like to give a special shoot out to Cipriano who has been outstanding to us. He goes above and beyond in making guests feel comfortable and happy! Thank you!

“Great time at Royal Haciendas!”
Cipriano from security is amazing. He’s always helping us with getting umbrellas, he helped me find a missing thermostat, he’s nice to talk to and made our stay amazing.
