“Royal Hacienda Experience”
We have been going to RH for so many years and each time we love it more. The resort accommodations, the ambient, the activities and especially the people are exceptional. We have been going to RH for so many years and each time we love it more. The resort accommodations, the ambient, the activities and especially the people are exceptional. We really appreciate the help from the people working in the front desk, especially Alfredo, Rosy, Susana, Beatrice, Jesus, Olivia, Rene and Israel. We also enjoyed doing activities, such as Yoga, weight exercise, zumba and pool aerobic. People like Yamir, Miguel, Joshua, Charlie, Miguelle are so fun to be with. Our room service lady (Estelle) did such a perfect job of cleaning our room every day. The people at the towel and equipment rental rooms are so pleasant. Thank you so much for such a wonderful service!

The manager at the reception area, Mr. Jesus and his team of helpers like Edin, Olivia, Rosy are exceptional in the service they provide. They understand your concern, listen to you patiently and are willing to help you out, however long it takes. It definitely makes you feel welcome and appreciated after your long journey from home. The food in the two gourmet restaurants is also quite varied, tasty and fun to try out. Well prepared and presented. More steak options would be nice….The waiters and manager in those restaurants are also very friendly and efficient in their work . Love going there. Our concierge Mr. Andre is truly one of a kind. Always smiling and ready to help you, without putting any kind of pressure to go for orientation meetings or presentations and such….

This resort is really beautiful. The grounds are so well maintained, the staff are all really nice, the pools are humongous- there’s two pools on each side (phase 1 and phase 2). We felt that phase 2 was a little busier than phase one. The food at the buffet was ok, typical. I wouldn’t say it was amazing, but it was good. I was surprised that they did not have Chilaquiles there every day (breakfast), it was only if you ordered room service. Omelette station and the omelette station lady was absolutely amazing. She was very nice. I did forget her name, but she was extremely pleasant and our omelette was delicious. Luisa and All of the servers at the buffet are wonderful. There are only 2 main restaurants in the lobby area to make reservations to. Both were very good. Room service items are yummy as well. Rizo, Gina and Suzy at the front desk were great! They were always so helpful. Anytime we had questions and the check-in process was so quick and seamless. They were always all smiles every time. Great people. Rafael, the concierge was super nice and extremely knowledgeable of the services, I definitely recommend you to book with him if you choose to do any excursions or tours. He makes everything so easy and he is super cute and super nice! Alfredo the bell boy was super pleasant and super helpful upon arrival and departure. We came here with our family two small kids, my husband and I. I can definitely say if you’re looking for a party hotel or a hotel with a lot of pool entertainment this isn’t it. Although they did have some water polo and music, it was very limited and mostly geared towards older people. This resort has a lot of timeshare members, elderly, who bring their families on vacation. If a chill quiet time is what your looking for this is the place.
