“Perfect Place”
We've stayed all over in Playa del Carmen and this was by far our favorite place! We will definitely be back. The location was a block from the ocean but overlooked 5th Ave. The best of both worlds. The pool isn't huge but it's big enough and very secluded.

“Lovely”
Had a great holiday. Superb location. Beautiful setting in a little bit of rainforest. Saw hummingbirds, parakeets, fly catchers and even a coati! Staff super friendly and helpful. Maid service is excellent. Sad to leave. Hope to return some day soon

“Friendly staff, clean place, good value to boot!”
Loved it! Clean place, friendly staff, and close proximity to everything. The room was a massive apartment, full kitchen, washer and dryer, definitely worth the price. They also had a massive balcony, 2 hammocks. I would stay here again!!

“Nice place, would visit again”
Nice modern rooms, comfortable if a little on the small side and sparsely furnished. We had a nice large bathroom. Plenty of towels with beach towels available from reception. The staff on reception were very helpful, with guidance on where locals ate rather than paying for overpriced tourist rest… more
Nice modern rooms, comfortable if a little on the small side and sparsely furnished. We had a nice large bathroom. Plenty of towels with beach towels available from reception. The staff on reception were very helpful, with guidance on where locals ate rather than paying for overpriced tourist restaurants. No catering on site but free hot and cold water at reception: good that we had brought coffee with us! Free underground parking was excellent. We didn't end up with the best located room, right opposite reception, which was a little noisy and even from here the late evening noise of 5th Avenue was a little hard to shut out, but these were minor issues. I liked the cats in reception!
