“Location, Location, Location”
We really love the location, which far outweighs any of the cons we could identify. This place is sandwiched between the beach (not the greatest beach but still decent enough) and Quinta Avenida. “Birthday Celebration”
nice grounds... peaceful... relaxing.... its was the best birthday gift to myself. I will be returning to the same condo hotel and hopefully the same unit 212... it was the perfect place and condo for me to enjoy and be grateful for my 50th birthday

“Nice stay, would recommend”
Favorite hotel we stayed in. Very close to the beach and to 5th ave with all it's restaurants, shopping, and bars. We heard a little bit of noise from the bar across the way at night, but not too bad (our condo was at the far corner though). Great balconies for sitting out in the breeze and sun. ... more

“Great place to stay”
Enjoyed staying in one of the 3 bedroom penthouse condos. It was spacious and well-equipped. Felicita kept our place clean, and the rest of the staff was extremely helpful with various questions we had. Our only issue was that the showerhead in the master bathroom needs to be replaced or cleaned.... more
