“Vacation was great!”
Spent 9 days at the Occidental at Xcaret and it was wonderful! The nicest and friendliest staff. The food was amazing at all of the various restaurants. Seven pools that were clean and inviting, not to mention the pool bars were also! Small beach front, so don't go here if you like a nice wide or l… more
Spent 9 days at the Occidental at Xcaret and it was wonderful! The nicest and friendliest staff. The food was amazing at all of the various restaurants. Seven pools that were clean and inviting, not to mention the pool bars were also! Small beach front, so don't go here if you like a nice wide or long beach, but they've made it very attractive despite it's size. Lots of activities to chose from during the day or just do your own thing. Can't wait to go back!

We travelled from the UK for 10 nights at this truly amazing place to stay. The staff are all attentive, friendly and cannot do enough for you. Right next to the Xcaret park, you will have the opportunity to purchase passes and explore more of this beautiful area of the Riviera Maya. The hotels grounds itself boasts plentiful greenery, walking paths and nature We have had deer rock up next to our sunbeds and monkeys visit us daily on our balcony. The wildlife here is stunning The restaurants (need booking and have a dress code) offer some good authentic cuisine and there are 3 buffet restaurants with a varied choice of dishes The drinks are plentiful and a visit to one of the many bars gives the opportunity to sample some lovely cocktails The cove beach is lovely and the water is good for swimming. The pools are generous with plenty of beds Rooms generous in size with a mini bar stocked each day. They are cleaned daily I honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough.

“Great communication with Bryan Tox”
We booked a spring break trip for the whole family and are loving the animals and tropical jungle experience. From Amstar, Bryan Tox is so helpful with great communication to book Xplorer tickets and transfer. Thank you! Occidental Xcaret is a beautiful property and we are enjoying very much!

“Lovely resort!!!”
Beautiful grounds, trees, walkways, paths, beach area, food is great, staff is super friendly; overall wonderful resort. Felt very safe and comfortable; although one of our credit cards was 'found' and used; canceled it quickly when we got home.
