“Resort magnificent, location outstanding, food needs huge improvements”
We have chosen this resort twice for its location. We booked Royal because of the size of the rooms. The restaurant is very good compared to the other food available onsite.

“fantastic staff”
Great first club bartenders, they make us feel like we are coming home They are all #1 Xavier, Hugo, Marco, Alajandro, Miguel they make us want to return and we will of course and will be so in 2025 hoping they will all be there their service is great and lite spirited and we enjoy a good laug… more

“Beautiful All-inclusive in Great Location with an entrance to Xcaret Park”
This resort has so much to offer. Beautiful large property with jungle oasis & animals. Lots of pools and a beach with plenty of loungers and never feels crowded. There are nature trails, Mayan ruins and an ocean fed rocky pool. The entertainment staff hosts many fun daytime activities and parties… more

“Depends where you stay”
My room had no cold water pressure, so we had to be very careful or you can get burnt by the hot water both on the bathroom sink as well as the shower. I called to report it, the only thing they did was clean the filter of the sink and told me there was a maintenance team working with the pumps. we… more
