“Another exceptional vacation”
The staff at the hotel is absolutely exceptional and make this resort so special! This was our 25th time at an Iberostar property, and our 15th visit to this resort. “Grand!”
Great experience at the grand. Rodolfo at the French restaurant was amazing and so attentive. The people are what make the grand the best! The food was amazing and the restaurant was beautiful. We will definitely be back to visit again! Great time!

“Saturday dinner service”
Rodolfo was a great waiter and our food was amazing! He was very attentive and helped us with all our questions! He even gave us a special wine to try! There wasn’t a singular moment that we didn’t have water or drinks at our table. He made sure that our food came out quickly and hot.

“Dining at Le’Atelier French restaurant”
We ate at the Le’Atelier French restaurant at Iberostar Grand Paraiso. Leticia was our waitress. She was outstanding. Food was excellent. I had the Beef Wellington, French onion soup and crème brûlée. Wonderful meal with impeccable service.
