“RIU Paradise”
The resort staff is very friendly. I love the atmosphere, cleanliness, foods, entertainment, drinks and pretty much everything was outstanding.

“Lovely hotel but beach has vanished”
Very smart and spotless hotel with good rooms and lovely setting. Sadly the beach has eroded. Compared to previous visits the entertainment has lost some of its sparkle. I have stayed at five RIU hotels. The only reason I’m deducting one point from this stay is because the restaurant staff was not friendly. This was the case both in the themed restaurants and the buffet. At the buffet restaurant, a waiter once told us, "I’m going to ask you to order everything at once so I don’t have to keep going back and forth." I’m not sure if they are overworked, but their attitude was not welcoming, and it wasn’t just towards us. I even saw a girl from India take silverware from my table because her waiter wasn’t attending to her. Being kind doesn’t cost anything and makes a huge difference in the guest experience. I hope they can improve this. Other than that, the food was delicious, the rooms were super clean, and the beach was beautiful. Everything else was highly recommended!
