Excellent place, awesome beach, fantastic activities, and the best services. We have been to their resorts many a times and always exceed our expectations. Our boys had a lot of fun as well. “Above and beyond”
From before we even arrived this place took care of us. We had passport issues and weren’t able to stay on the exact dates initially booked. The hotel went out of their way to accommodate us given those passport challenges. The level of service at this facility was fantastic as was the food. My wife and children loved the experience and we were sad to leave such a beautiful place.

Our stay at Riviera Maya Grand Velas was luxurious. The accommodations were perfect, as expected, but the staff definitely makes the total difference. Our concierge Jose was the best. He assisted me with items before we arrived and throughout our entire trip. He is definitely a Top notch individual. Jose made sure everything was perfect for us. He truly cares about his customers. Our luxury spa experience was worth every peso… I can’t recommend it enough. A perfect way to end our vacation. Thank you Grand Velas for an amazing week.

“We LOVED the staff at adults area, Alfonso you’re the best! And everyone including the chef at Bistro. Best food EVER”
Just what we needed for a mum and her 18year old. The place is heavenly. It’s the staff who make it really special. They looked after us and made us feel like it was our home for the 11days we were there. The facilities are amazing. Food incredible.

“3 star accommodations for 5 star prices.”
Upon arrival the room was not ready (they had our flight arrival time for weeks ahead of time and we booked our airport transfer through them so my view is they probably could have planned this better). Upon arrival the room was not ready (they had our flight arrival time for weeks ahead of time and we booked our airport transfer through them so my view is they probably could have planned this better). Balcony door of hotel room did not lock and currently sitting in my room waiting for maintenance while my family is at the beach. Accommodations are like every other all inclusive in DR and Mexico / nothing special. Flowers and landscaping are pretty. Will perhaps update if things get better but not a great start to the vacation - would recommend you spend your money elsewhere.
