The most attentive customer service we’ve experienced. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The staff goes out of their way to meet your needs and ensure you have everything to enjoy a day at the pool or beach. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with cool towels and icy cold drinks. We were walked to check in and directed to the beach while we waited for our rooms, knowing our bags would be delivered. The concierge took care of making adjustments to our pre-planned reservations and offered helpful suggestions. Reservations were required for almost all of the restaurants, but being June the concierge said they would take walk-ins if they had space. We had pre-planned reservations a few nights. The service and food at La Laguna was fantastic. Our server introduced us to several moles to try before we ordered. The Korean BBQ on the beach was a dream! The service was part of the experience. But, it's way too much food! Other nights, we went to the Hix Bar and had sushi (no reservations required) or ordered room service. The room service menu is comprehensive, and the service is exceptional. It gave us the opportunity to stay on the beach later and not have a schedule. We cannot say enough about the beach staff. Every day, no matter the heat, they offered a hearty welcome and set us up. The team at the water and sports center became our beach friends playing volleyball, taking us on catamaran sails, leading us snorkeling, and helping us in and out of kayaks. They contributed to a fun community of families on the beach. The resort was not crowded in June. It's definitely a place for families. It's quiet and chill. If you're looking for a luxurious but casual, family-friendly vacation, this is a good fit. It's the opposite of Spring Break. It's a place to hang out with your kids and make memories.

“They solve quickly the problems”

This is my third time in Fairmont Mayakoba. Excelente Hotel, had an issue with water inside the room and they quickly gave us an upgrade. I would avoid some meals since the flavor was not as expected and prices are overrated. Overall my experience in Fairmont Mayakoba was a 10/10

Nice location. Nice property. Most of the food are basic especially at Fuego and the Mexican at La Laguna. The price is very expensive for the quality of the food they serve. Services in general not to the level of the place advertised. Most of the staff are very professional and helpful, except at some of the restaurants, the server do not check on you after they serve the food. The staff who drive you the beach can be a little attentive. They do not seem to care about the customers. Overall a nice place, but the food is overrated.
