“Great experience at Coco”
We just came back for a weekend in playa del carmen and decided to book our stay at Coco Rio. We just came back for a weekend in playa del carmen and decided to book our stay at Coco Rio. When we arrived Ivana the receptionist welcomed us and provided with information with this to do in Playa. She was ftiendly, warm and great customer service. Our hotel room was spacious, cozy and clean. The great aspect of this hotel is the location, about two blocks from 5tha avenida. The rooms are quiet and luckily you can sleep well without the noise outside. Another thing we noticed, the mattresses are so comfortable and king sized beds! I recommend this hotel for its impeccable service, kuddos to Ivana ( we loved her), location, comfy bed and great space. We already want to go back!!!

we stayed in one of the rooms with a balcony facing the street, very cozy hotel and we sat on the balcony every evening. the staff are incredibly nice, Jessica especially but everyone was very helpful. we stayed in one of the rooms with a balcony facing the street, very cozy hotel and we sat on the balcony every evening. the staff are incredibly nice, Jessica especially but everyone was very helpful. If you are going to a Rooftop bar/pool, we can recommend Be playa, 20 minutes walk to Punta Esmeralda or 4 minutes to the regular beach. We can also recomend: Eat at Don Sirloin and El Fogon, food and sometimes live band at Lost Tiki. A trip to Rio Secreto and cenote Azul. Boat tour to Isla mujeres and Isla Contoy (from Cancun). “Very good”
Very cute hotel with very Nice staff! Enoy- the receptionist was very friendly, nice and so helpful with everything! I had a good experience here and you have the 5th Avenue right in front of you. And the beach is very close too.

The hotel was in the perfect location, smack in the middle of all the action on 5th street and minutes from the beach. The staff were incredibly fun and friendly and the room was very well furnished and comfortable. We loved the courtyard which really made us feel like we were somewhere special. I highly recommend this inexpensive hotel to anyone travelling through or staying in playa. It really exceeded our expectations.
