“Special”
Absolutely amazing massage and the staff was very welcoming and made sure I had everything. I told him it was my birthday and at the end of my massage they surprised me with a pastry that had a candle in it. Whenever I come back to this area, I would definitely book them again and again.

My husband and I have stayed at the Bric Hotel in Playa del Carmen a few times, and have enjoyed our stays there immensely!!! Perfectly situated very close to 5th Ave, where all the action is (but is not noisy!). It’s perfect for a stop before continuing to a resort in Tulum. They even have a great spa, and I have made use of a great back massage, to get a start on a relaxing vacation. The rooms are nice, as are the beds.

The courtyard of the hotel does not look very impressive, but once I got up the stairs to the spa area, I felt transported to another world. I had reserved the "pamper package" for $95 USD. It was two hours of absolute heaven. Gaby was very professional and caring. She listened to what I was hoping for in my massage, extra care for my calves and upper back. The full body scrub was amazing, and all of the ingredients were local and organic. My skin felt better than it has ever felt in my life. The massage was exactly what I hoped for. Gaby really listened. The facial was also amazing, with several treatments and steps that all felt and smelled great. This place has a very chill vibe that keeps you relaxed and happy. It was a little difficult to leave and head back out into the chaos of the city. I will definitely return on my next trip to Playa del Carmen and have already recommended Jacqueline and Gaby at BRIC to all of my friends who might be in the area. The cleanliness, attention to detail, and professional attentiveness were all perfect! And, the price could not be beat! What a great deal and a great experience!

The staff was very friendly and treated us to some vegan cheesecake for our anniversary when we were done with our massages. I would definitely recommend this place for a massage while in Playacar.
