“Amazing stay in Cancún”
The hotel was fantastic, with a great atmosphere. Big thanks to the animators Guillermo and Genaro, who were absolutely wonderful! Thanks to them, we learned how to make piña coladas during a fun activity. Thank you for the unforgettable moments!

“Tropical Getaway”

Victoria was very sweet and helpful, Adi was really playful in the games and super nice. Genaro was the man… so helpful and kind to me and my friends. “Best bartender ever and take staff”
Victoria was great Miguel was incredible Genaro was fun and Adi was very kind. Overall a very solid stay this place is only missing a nighttime hot tub. For those looking to come here for entertainment drinks and an incredible ocean view it is well worth with this staff.

“Westin staff and activities!”
Ceviche cooking class w Adi, Victoria, Genaro! It was awesome, so fun! Food was delicious. We laughed, ate and had fun! It was my husbands and I and only took 30 mins and easy!i also love all the staff here at the pool and concierge. They are ready to help you with a happy attitude!
