We were atended by Ivonn and Alberto at restaurant Malva in the dinner . They were very friendly and received us very well in our first day in the hotel ! Thanks for both for the good reception and good Service. Buffet with good variety of salads and very well presented in the Buffet .

“Wonderful stay at the Reserve”

My husband and I just spent 5 nights at Paradisus Cancun in early January. We stayed in the Reserve section of the resort which is for adults only and includes its own adults-only pool, poolside restaurant and bar, as well as an indoor lounge area where one can have breakfast, lunch as well as snacks and drinks all day long. The Reserve also comes with a dedicated concierge that handles restaurants reservations and Bali bed reservations as well as specific requests you may have. Our concierge Rossana was great. She booked our preferred restaurants and Bali beds on day one. She checked in regularly with us during our stay to see if we needed anything. The adults-only pool area is generally quiet (no rowdy groups while we were there, but it was also a quiet time of the year, right after New Year’s, so maybe we were just lucky). They do have music playing (not all day long) which can sometimes be overbearing if your Bali bed or lounge chair is close to the speaker. The resort itself is very well maintained. Our room and all common areas were super clean at all times of the day. We dined at several of the resort restaurants and I found Flora to be the best. We were not too impressed with Lemon Fish which is supposed to be a sushi place, but only offers a very limited sushi menu (additional sushi options come with a surcharge). In any case it’s great to have the variety when it comes to dining options! I found the resort staff to be super nice, professional and efficient. You are always greeted with a smile, whether it be at the pool, the bars, the shop, etc… They do care about the wellbeing of the customers. This was our second time at Paradisus Cancun and we would gladly go back.

Don't let pic fool you! Let's start with rooms , oh boy , run down very old ,the pic you see are the diamond club ( even then not good ).took as 2 days to even get a room we paid for witch was ocean view.ended up in the basement barely seeing a view. Let's start with rooms , oh boy , run down very old ,the pic you see are the diamond club ( even then not good ).took as 2 days to even get a room we paid for witch was ocean view.ended up in the basement barely seeing a view. Food: cold cold food bad service and running out of food meaning you order something and they say no more that was at lemon fish horrible!!! ,Ramon cold as ice ,to say that was the best looking resto. Be careful after 2 room service thats it they start charging you, and you wait 45 min for it. Beach very nice! hotel is closing in 6 months for renovations would have been nice to know , well needed for the rooms. Fridge broken never replaced entertainment is 45 min at night that's it.only good thing is ginger bar , staff very nice Baltazar,Gladice, and the rest are amazing ! Only thing in this place and Francesco at the beach ! Wouldn't come back sadly, but the pic do look pretty definitely not a 5 star resort. !!
