“This hotel is currently undergoing a complete renovation”
We love the family atmosphere at this hotel. We go almost every year and love the view, the service, the food. It’s not a party resort. So if you want to party 24/7 stay elsewhere. “improvement”
Old hotel with bad smell. Need more options for food. Need more staff at the restaurant. I understand that this is one of the first hotels in Cancun but an update would be good.
