“BEST SERVICE EVER”
Alfredo was a great server!!! Food was great, this is not an all inclusive resort so you will have to pay for food separately but there are good options. The staff is really nice and helpful. It was a ghost town in November!! The weather was great and we had a super relaxing time!!

“Amazing Fajitas:)”
Alfredo was our server and he was amazing! We ordered the chicken fajitas to share and they were amazing! He took great care of us and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied! Will definitely be back to eat here again on our trip! 10/10 would recommend

“Great Service”
Great service, definitely will be back... Alfredo was a great server and ensured everything was up to par. He explained the menu and answered any questions that we had. Very knowledgeable and great attitude. Will try to come back again tomorrow.

Had a good time staying at this hotel. Employees are welcoming and helpful. Got to know Vanessa Castro at the gift shop. She’s very friendly, helpful and attentive. Shes amazing and would love to see her again on our nxt vacation here in Cancun.

“Nice hotel with great beach”
Stayed in the resort for the first time in Cancun and it was great. A little outdated but newly renovated hotel. Some part is still under renovation. Breakfast was cosy and nice. Gift shop was a big help, selling range of items from pizza and drink to adaptors and medicine. Great bar and nice beac… more
