“The best worker”
José Rios is the best person in the whole hotel!!! The best of the bests are Cesar Magaña and Lupe Santos!!! “My experience, dos playas”
The bar staff was amazing. So much fun Eduardo, Santiago, Jose. Amazing people. Thank you for an amazing trip. The buffet was ok. Could use more variety. Everything was good. Beach amazing, snack and refreshments always available. Front desk and other staff are prompt to fulfill request.

The restaurant el cielo excellent Gerardo David Sandra the best service was a great experience good to be wiht family and friends Cancún is always a great place to be for sure we will come back entretenimiento people very funny and good people
