“Amazing customer service”
We just returned from a wonderful trip to Dos Playas in Cancun. The rooms were nice and clean. We were in Bldg 3 with an amazing view of the clear blue water and the Cancun sign. Jorge Tamay y Apolinar y rios los mejores personajes en todo hotel. Service very good and everyone is very helpful. Two main restaurants and apart of it pizza, hamburgers and sushi. Food is delicious. Everyday someone is cleaning room……..

Thank you to all the staff specially Zury in the front office very helpful. Enjoyed 4 days as my stay. The food was good and plenty of variety. I missed the jet ski Guys they need to come around more often. Thank you. The pizza guy makes delicious pizza.
