“Great New Years week at GR Solaris”
We, as a couple, stayed at the resort for New Years. Loved the room: great ocean view, clean and comfortable. Loved the beach, and swimming pools areas too. “Experience dealing w Dee”
Dee Guerrero was my concierge, the best at what she does. Extremely informative and helpful. She knows her job very well and she speaks English helpful with tourists. Helped with my check in and shopping in the resort. Air Canada rep was never available for questions.

“All inclusive fun”
The food was good and the staff were very friendly. At the kids program, specifically Crissel Bel was our daughter's favorite staff member. However, the app was a bit confusing to use and it was difficult to book the reserved meal times at Zai and Marco Polo.

“Fantastic Entertainment/Hospitality Staff”
Unfortunately, the first couple of days of vacation were a complete washout. Rain prevented us from spending any real time on the beach or at the pool. “The good the bad”
Staff hotel room bars were great ! Food was poor overall ! Hamburgers and hot dogs were all filler and certainly not 100 percent beef ! Food was institutional! The property is not handicap friendly!
