“Alondra’s amazing personality”
Alondra is the best waiter i have ever had. She is kind. She makes sure that you are taken care of. Amazing service from her. She is a very beautiful person inside and out. I felt so welcomed when she came up to us. She deserves a raise and a promotion.

“Ocean View”
Guest services staff were outstanding and accommodating! The room was nice and bright, with one balcony and one sliding window. With a view of the ocean, city and activities below.

“Great Experience!”
Beautiful resort, very peaceful. Rooms were very clean and packed with very much needed basic essential kits !! Alberto was an amazing help! Very kind and thoughtful!! Definitely recommend speak to him and asking about things to do at the resort and outside the resort!

“Another great Melia vacation”
The resort is showing its age and it would be great to add more restaurants to the property’s current offerings. The staff & service were EXCELLENT. The spa was great and my massage with Altemisa was wonderful!
