“Best trio ever”
Best time ever special thanks to Isaac, Jose, and all the bartenders they were all so amazing I will definitely come back here such a great place with lots of activities and fun things to do , I’m so glad we chose this resort , I would highly recommended

“Can’t wait to come back.”
The entire team was excellent, top of the line. This our 5th time in puerto Vallarta and all 5 times we’ve stayed at the hotel friendly. The options in restaurants at hotel friendly Is pretty nice. To many options to mention in food, pools, and drinks. Very happy.

“Amazing staff”
5 star for the staff that work here Isaac and Kari are amazing at daytime activities. Super friendly and fun. Waiters Ceci, Lia, and Aaron are also very good at what they do. They’re always smiling and remember what you ordered the day before.

“hoping for another vacation with no problems”
the resort was good the staff was great . i was sharing a room with a friend but they had us booked in a room with 1 bed they changed it but we were stuck in the corner surrounded by trees . I hope next week will be different .all in all had a great vacation
