“Great Vacation!”
We have had a wonderful vacation at the Mayan Palace! Elizabeth Ramirez our waitress at the beach and poolside is the best! Always excellent service and always a good story. Always lets us know when the drink specials are on! Will come again in the spring😀

“Good experience”
Excellent experience, from all the team, great location for the hotel, me and my friends had easy access to the Marina and all the restaurants, also from the staff we received excellent treatment from Miriam as well, had a lot of fun with the activities

“The Wonderful Joy Club”
The Joy Club made our experience soooo joyful. Thank you Miriam, Maria, Micraim , Irma , Carlos & Stephan! The water exercise everyday was rejuvenating.
