We come from the Netherlands and have been coming to Puerto Vallarta for years in Los Arcos Suites. Unfortunately, we were unable to book a package holiday via the Netherlands this year. So we contacted Jarid from the administration and Gemma. They helped us enormously to book a room. Thanks for that. Furthermore, the staff is really nice, we really liked the granola. And Captain Maury and Mayra from the restaurant got us a jar of Granola to take back to the Netherlands. So sweet. Elizabeth behind the reception also helped us enormously with our excursions. And then Victor from the cocktails, we have known him for years. What a fantastic staff. Now about the suites, very spacious and very clean. The food in the restaurant has improved enormously, everything tasted delicious. The hotel is in the perfect location, so highly recommended. We will definitely come back. Once again, we had a wonderful stay at Los Arcos Suites/Playa Los Arcos from December 3rd to 17th. Although there are many new, upscale resort choices in Puerto Vallarta, the Los Arcos properties including Casa Dona Susana offer culturally authentic and beautifully executed architecture and furnishings, exceptionally clean and well-tended rooms with comfortable beds in a prime location. Most importantly to us though are the extraordinary employees beginning with concierge, Yolanda, who facilitates our activities with her expert advice and direction and welcoming, caring demeanor. I also want to acknowledge the warm reception at registration with desk clerk, Marisol, and Juan, who took charge of our luggage until our room was ready. During our breakfasts at Playa, we received excellent, friendly service from Javier, Ephron, Renauldo, Araceli, and Rocio as we enjoyed the amazing ocean view. Throughout our time, Delia, our maid delivered attentive service in keeping our room in top-notch condition. As we awaited our airport transport on our final day, Melilla, desk clerk engaged us in a very delightful conversation to send us off. We eagerly await our next visit.

We visited Los Arco suites in October and had a wonderful time. Across the road from the beach h and within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. The rooms were clean and spacious. The suite was large, we had a separate bedroom from the living room. We found all the staff very helpful and courteous. Arriving home one night in a cab, the staff immediately noticed that I was in some form of distress. Elizabeth jumped into action, helped me out of the cab and was telling the other staff how to help me, she went and got water and a wet cloth for my head. The staff helped me from the cab to the curb. Elizabeth offered to get in touch with the doctor for me, I declined as I thought I was having problems with my sugar levels I am diabetic. Elizabeth watched over me until I had enough strength to get to my room. Each time the staff saw me from then on they always inquired as to how I was feeling and asked if there was anything that they could do for me. They really treat you family Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Los Arcos Suites, too many to mention individually. Hope to see you all soon.

Our room was very quiet, which we appreciated. But then again, the hotel wasn't busy. We really liked the location, just a few steps from the Malecon but on a quiet side street. And although our room was a bit musty, the housekeeping staff did an incredible job of keeping everything clean. The only negative was that the A/C in the room was super loud.
