“Awesome staff!”
My family stayed for a week at Las Palmas in February. We had a great time. The staff really made the stay special, especially Daniel!! Daniel took amazing care of us every evening for dinner and kept the drinks flowing! Hotel and rooms were very clean.

I had so much fun! David was so nice and attentive! He showed us such a good time by being so friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend coming to him for drinks and a good time ! The dress taste very good and he is very quick to give you a refill before even asking!

Our experience at Las Palmas by the Sea was amazing, very friendly people. The staff are very kind! The bar men are excellent. Would recommend 1000000000%. The bedroom and room cleaning service is excellent. As is the food. We loved everything about our stay!

Las Palmas was a great resort for a less expensive price. Rooms are definitely minimal but everything else exceeds standards. It’s all inclusive, so you’re eating and drinking all day. David, the bartender in Coco lobby, exceeded expectations along with all of the staff. David was so friendly and conversed with me in English because my Spanish is minimal. He definitely stood out and was a huge highlight of the trip. We looked forward to spending time at the bar just to talk to him about local food, recommendations, etc. this resort is genuinely beautiful, I just wish I would have paid a little more for a more luxury room. No complaints. SI SE PUEDE!! Also preach to the house keeper. She was soooo trustworthy and made sure our room was swept, cleaned and left at more than better standards than we left it… we never caught her name but she was amazing. Shoutout to my reception girl. She was so helpful and attentive.

Stayed there 2nd week of Feb. 2025. The hotel is a bit outdated. The resort itself is very clean from the beach all the way to the front of the resort. The food far exceeds any other all inclusive we have ever stayed. What really separates this place from all the rest is it's staff. From the housekeeper to the head chef and all points between everyone was friendly, courteous and always smiling. We twice went deep sea fishing and brought our catch (approximately 30 lbs) back to the hotel. They prepared it for us. The head chef personally served us our meals and the rest of the catch was enjoyed by hotel staff after the restaurant was closed. By the way it was some of the best tasting fish I have ever eaten. The hotel is within easy walking distance to a variety of various stores and restaurants. It is a five minute and 800 pesos or $4.50 U.S.) cab ride to the Malacon where you can find anything you want and some things you don't..
