“Great Smaller Resort!”

I find that many of the reviews of this resort are name dropping of employees, and although there were many outstanding employees I would like to actually review the resort. For context,this was out 16th all inclusive trip and the 12th resort we have stayed at. Upon arrival we were quickly given room keys and asked if we wanted someone to show us a bit of the resort. At first I thought this would be a timeshare push,but it was not. We spent a few minutes just being shown where the restaurants were located. Even though it is a smaller resort, a map of the resort would have been appreciated. We spent most of our time on the beach, but the beach is only steps from the pool if we wanted to take a dip to cool off. The pool was warm enough and had many shallow ledges to lounge on. There are signs on the loungers that saving is not allowed but the regular on the beach were up early to get their spot. This did not seem to beat problem around the pool. My one complaint of the beach was that many of the loungers were in need of being replaced. Hopefully that is done soon. Food was better than most all inclusive. For breakfast the buffet had a good selection. For lunch the buffet was open as well as the Mexican ala cartes as well as a casual burger snackbar. There is also a coffee shop that has sandwiches, ice cream and some desserts. They did allow food to be taken to the pool or beach seats, but this did cause a bird issue. A trained hawk would definitely help with this. Evening meals are allala carte and require reservations. This was easily done the night before with their app, although I did see some people just showing me what it up and it was never an issue. Our favorite was the Italian. Unlike most resorts there was no dress code. Entertainment was lacking compared to most resorts,but I expected this since it is a small resort. They did have a Mexican night on Friday, and although the entertainment was good it was indoors and very loud. They do have a premium service package and it is offered for day pass of $110 US. This gives access to seating on the veranda of the buffet and access to a rooftop area with 2 infinity pools and 2 hot tubs. The area only has about 30 loungers so it is very small. Although we did enjoy it for the day It would not be a place I would want to be everyday it was too small for my liking. They do have a lunch menu and the food was excellent. Overall I would recommend this resort and we may return in the future.

“Nacho and Rafi are the best!”
The resort is very clean and the food is really good. We upgraded to the Sonne club for our stay and loved it! Nacho and Rafi are the absolute best! So friendly and all while giving fantastic service. They really made our trip so memorable and would highly recommend the upgrade.

“La Cevicheria”
La Cevicheria was amazing! The staff was very kind and attentive from our server Felipe to our chef Ramino who prepared some of the best seafood dishes I’ve ever had. Perfect weather while dining next to the beach with a view of paradise. 10/10 would definitely eat here again.

“Wonderful resort”
Such a wonderful resort. Extremely clean and friendly staff. There were events happening everyday. Also extremely easy to get around as there were tons of shops right outside the resort all within walking distance. I loved the area for that. Also quick ride from the airport.

We celebrated our renewal of vows here at Fiesta Americana and we were treated like VIP. We had to reschedule our previous date of arrival and totally rebooked our reservation due to a family emergency and the Wedding team & photography team had been so flexible, kind and accommodating even to a last minute change of plan. Every staff from the wait staff, restaurants, bell boys, wedding coordinator, photography went above and beyond! I wish we remember the names of the people who served us in their restaurants. It was myself, my wife and two young children who went in this trip. The day of our a Renewal of vows, Emmanuel part of the event team gave us a surprise in our room adorned with red rose petals and awesome fresh flower arrangements from our event that was a great touch! After our Renewal of vows we had a pre-reserved dinner at Rosato Italian Restaurant and the staff their arranged our table so beautifully with a great view of the pool and sunset. Our room has the view of the beach and it's such a treat to see the sunset everyday. Fiesta Americana set the standard very high and we can't wait to get back.
