“Perfect beach getaway”
Warm and friendly staff. Very well kept and clean grounds even on Busy days. The food in Andreas was a notch above. Located on the beach for a perfect vacation. We were fortunate enough to watch a whale right from the 9th floor balcony. Nightly entertainment in the lobby was fun.

“Great experience on a family vacation”
Amazing services and an awesome resort. We had a great experience at this resort. The food was of good quality. Beach is clean and well managed. There pools catered toward families with kids and adults only groups. Enjoyed the fun activities at the resort. Will visit again.

“The Best!”
I have stayed at Velas since 1999 every year and it is my favorite vacation spot. Staff is amazing from check in (Abigale) to front desk (Cindy) Bell desk (Caesar) Concierge (Alexandro) and room maid( Graciela) who has looked after us for over 15 years. “Great experience at Velas Vallarta”
We went for a wedding event. All of the staff is super friendly. Hotel staff provided excellent service. Restaurant staff is especially going out of the way to accommodate to our dietary restrictions. Restaurant by the lobby and also by the beach, the food was very delicious.

“Average at best”
Food was ok not many options. No true buffet. Need more than 2 restaurants. Service was not friendly. Antonio and Morgan were wonderful. We knew going in it wasn't going to be like our stay at grand velas, but expected more from a resort with velas in the name
