“Awesome resort, you won't be disappointed!!”
Went with sister and brother in-law, had the best time!! Staff is so welcoming and always had superb service. Excellent beach!!

“Great”
Very nice place, been coming for over 23 years. Service and help was outstanding with all the workers at Crown Paradise Golden. Should be more chairs available at the Breeze Bar.

“Much better than some reviews make it sound”
After reading some of the negative reviews we were a little bit worried. After spending a week there I'm not sure what people are complaining about. After reading some of the negative reviews we were a little bit worried. After spending a week there I'm not sure what people are complaining about. Our room was great, air conditioning worked well, lost water for 2 hours one afternoon but we were at the beach so no problem. Didn't hear anything from any other room. Didn't spend much time by the pool but it seemed to be busy although not as noisy as some other places I've been. Beach was nice, lots of places to walk. Plenty of beach chairs. Yes there are a lot of vendors but they are not aggressive and also not specific to this resort. Location is great. Easy 10 minute cab to town and plenty to do within walking distance of the resort. Food was pretty good with plenty of healthy options. Got into 3 specialty restaurants with no problem. They were all pretty good. The hotel is showing its age but nothing that causes any problems. Everything was clean. Could use something, band or piano bar, in the evenings. It was pretty quiet. We enjoyed one of the evening shows but didnt really care for a couple of others. No fault of the entertainers, just not my thing. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Not perfect but still a great vacation.

Hotel checkin was at 3:00pm. Our room was not ready for over two hours. Hotel checkin was at 3:00pm. Our room was not ready for over two hours. Phone in room did not work at all; therefore could not call front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, room service, etc. Room service order had to be done via WhatsApp. This is an older resort but has good bones, clean and comfortable beds. A couple of upgrades to the pool area were in progress, but overall a nice place. The Entertainment group are excellent. They performed a true broadway musical review worthy of a Las Vegas troupe! Their costumes were awesome! Food was good but could benefit from a few elevated dishes. What really makes this resort tick are the workers….all of them, from the front desk to the kitchen staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming!
