“Amazing experience!”
The entertainment team and the staff that work at the buffet are incredible! Julien, Naomi, Andres, Brenda and Carmelino are so full of energy and ran super fun activities and were extremely personable and kind. The entertainment team and the staff that work at the buffet are incredible! Julien, Naomi, Andres, Brenda and Carmelino are so full of energy and ran super fun activities and were extremely personable and kind. Our favourite server at the restaurant was Miguel, the most caring and genuine person. The people truly made this trip one to remember. The room was clean and comfortable, and the maids kept it feeling fresh. Could not recommend this hotel more, I already want to go back.

“Do not listen to the bad reviews!”
We have loved our stay at Canto Del Sol Puerto Vallarta!! Coming into it the reviews were a bit wearisome however, the front desk staff were great checking us in and helping us book dinner reservations. The rooms are what you pay for, a mini fridge would be nice but for being so cheap you can’t com… more
We have loved our stay at Canto Del Sol Puerto Vallarta!! Coming into it the reviews were a bit wearisome however, the front desk staff were great checking us in and helping us book dinner reservations. The rooms are what you pay for, a mini fridge would be nice but for being so cheap you can’t complain. The barmen and Angela by the main pool are AMAZING! top notch service and excellent drinks. The pool entertainment staff is on it and there to make sure everyone has a good time. Security is great keeping everyone safe. Would recommend this resort to anyone!

“3.5 Stars at best”
First time at this resort. When we checked in we were given rooms in the Villa side of the hotel. Not pleased with these rooms. Took a couple of days and had to pay an upgrade fee to change rooms. First time at this resort. When we checked in we were given rooms in the Villa side of the hotel. Not pleased with these rooms. Took a couple of days and had to pay an upgrade fee to change rooms. Enjoyed food at Mexican, Surf and Turf, and Asian. Buffet food was average but always found something to eat. Snack bar by the pool was nice to have for something quick instead of buffet for lunch. Good location. Friendly staff (some challenges at the front desk).
