“Workers hospitality is 10/10”

“Perfect”
The service is excellent! i had a wonderful time with my family, and it wouldn't have been possible with the amazing staff! Very friendly respectful and excellent workers! The hotel is very clean and very pleasant! Couldn't have been any better!

“Smaller , Family Resort.”
The Resort is smaller and compact. I would NOT recommend the hot tub room . I couldn't ever get the water hot . Just Luke warm . The Beach was nice . Rocky at the shore break. Boogie boarding was Great . The bars were very good as was the Shore Restaurant. Ate breakfast there daily . Not crowded… more

“Overall okay! Great location!”
Chose this hotel for the location and overall pretty happy. Having to book the a la carte restaurants everyday is an inconvenience. Not many hotels do that anymore. We upgraded so we got to use the Skybar which was really nice. Only complaint about the bar itself is they don't clean the tables p… more

“Fun Times!”
It was my first ever, all inclusive resort and the experience was very nice! Location of the hotel is what made my trip. It was a walking distance to El Malecon, where a veriaty of local vendors, restaurants and bars are. Food was decent and I'd say my favorite spot was the buffet (Frutas y Flores)… more
