I’m not sure why so many negative reviews, but in my option. A great holiday hotel in my personal experience. Just returned from a 5 day holiday and found the hotel perfect for my needs! Clean rooms, plenty of hot water and of course the staff are amazing and so helpful. Beach bar and restaurant excellent foots and drinks. A big Thank you to the manager( sorry bad with names), Front desk gentleman Joselo and Raphel for going over the top to make our vacation a memorable one. Will definitely be booking this hotel again!

“Great for the price”

We had a nice small one bedroom with a great view for a great price (#402). You hear the sound of the waves all day & night. We had a nice small one bedroom with a great view for a great price (#402). You hear the sound of the waves all day & night. You had to leave the shower running for 8 min to get hot water, but that was fine with us. The ac was good, cleaning service was great. Unfortunately no fridge. Would have been nice to have some beers on the balcony. We considered putting ice in the sink with some beers, but just bought one each at little store nearby. There was never anyone at the 2nd floor pool. Don't know about the pool on the roof, happy hour was 3-7. We went up there at 3 and no one was there but had one drink with the view. The staff was always very nice, the waiters on the beach too. Unless you're on the first row, you don't see much of the ocean which was a bit disappointing to me. Also, the beach club doesn't open til 11am. We like to be at the beach by 9am. On the 3rd day we found we could just go down there and grab some chairs even if they are not set up yet. Just know you don't get service. They serve breakfast, so we were able to buy a couple of beers from them. The food was so-so. Drinks & beers were a good price. The water was too cold for our liking, but I wouldn't go in anyway, the waves were big & scary. There is good music playing on the beach, not too loud. We never heard the loud music at night from the roof. Only a couple of times we heard loud people going up or down the stairs. Our complaint is the elevator. It has a self spraying deodorizer that was always TOO strong. We'd have to hold our breath and it almost made my husband throw up. Also, sometimes that elevator wouldn't work. We'd have to take the other back elevator that went to floors 6-8 to get off on 6th floor and go down the stairs to 4th floor. With all the walking we did in that town, that wasn't fun.
