“Best Family Stay Ever”
Our first time in Mazatlán and the RIU left us excited, happy and hopeful to return. ❤️my children had a wonderful time, the food was good something could have been better in terms of taste but otherwise very amazing place.

“Great family VACAY”
This resort did not disappoint! Perfect distance from the airport - when traveling with family this was key for us! We were greeted with tropical drinks and a quick check in. “Another great stay!”
This was our second time staying here and just like the first, it was amazing! If you’ve stayed at a riu then you know what you’re getting. If you haven’t, they are great options. Check in: Seamless, we had around 50 guests on our bus but it went very quickly. Front desk answered any questions... more

“Great stay but more elevators”
Great hotel but needs more elevators. We awaited almost 45 minutes the day of departure to get an elevator that’s with one of us going down the stairs and getting on an elevator to go to the floor we were on. That is ridiculous.

“Travel to Mazatlán”
My experience was excellent because I enjoyed the place. I love the attention they gave us,the rooms were in super optimal conditions with sea views. It has many fun activities that offers you for enjoying your stay. Good location and good amenities.
