Family of 3- Had an amazing overall experience at this resort. We would return in a heartbeat! We did all inclusive package; thought it was fantastic. Food and drinks were plentiful. Service was impeccable from all the staff we encountered, so friendly and accommodating....(shout out to Oscar for the 5-star beach service!) We had so many wonderful servers, bartenders, housekeeping, etc. We caught some of the shows in the evening, and they were all very well done; you can tell the staff works very hard to entertain. We also loved the location of this resort; was nice to be able walk along the beach; short cab ride to the marina and mall. The sunset views from the resort were phenomenal. The sand and water were amazing.....it was nice to be in one of the spaces that you could actually swim in the water. The room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The staff kept our refrigerator stocked with cool drinks, and some snacks too. The pools catered to different groups; depending on what vibe you were looking for. We spent the majority of our time at the "adult" pool, but just steps away was the family-friendly pool, where there were always activities and action. Yes; there is some construction happening....however, it didn't really detract from our experience. We don't understand all the hate and negative comments they are getting for trying to update and beautify. It seemed us that the workers were doing their best to not distract from guest experience. We actually enjoyed the music --never found the volume too extreme. My daughter and I did 50 minute relaxing massages at the spa next door. LOVED this experience, the spa is gorgeous, and the staff there were also fantastic. We can't say enough wonderful things about our time here; I find it hard to believe that anyone wouldn't come away from a stay at Villa del Palmar with nothing but rave reviews!!!

“Luis is the best!”
Luis at the bellhop stand was the best he went above and beyond for us in scheduling rides and assisting with time changes for our airport pickup. Everyone at this resort was friendly, attentive, and incredibly hard working! Made our stay very memorable.

“Best Christmas ever. 3 years in a row”
This was our 3rd Christmas there and we love it so much we just keep going back. The resort is amazing and they have the most amazing employees! Angel, Keren and Jorge do the best job in the sports bar!! They are so friendly and attentive and take the time to actually talk to you and get to know… more
This was our 3rd Christmas there and we love it so much we just keep going back. The resort is amazing and they have the most amazing employees! Angel, Keren and Jorge do the best job in the sports bar!! They are so friendly and attentive and take the time to actually talk to you and get to know you. They learned the names of my entire family and greeted us everytime by name and just made us feel so welcome and special. Thanks guys!!!! And of course Omar , our server on the beach! Totally amazing guy who works his butt off to make sure you are happy and taken care of! We truly miss you all already and can’t want to see you and the beautiful resort next year! Along with wonderful employees, the resort has really fun entertainment every night! Great shows and delicious food. Love this place!!!!

First stop on a month plus get away to Los cabos. Our suite on the fourth floored faced the pool and onto the Sea of Cortez. Lovely views. Place could use a refresh. Impossible to get chairs unless you were out very early in the morning. On a swimmable beach just a short walk to town. Did not do all inclusive. Get groceries from walmart and ate in town and at resort restaurants. Restaurants had delicious selections and were fairly reasonable. They do a show every night. Being here two weeks they were repeated. Two for one happy hour margaritas for $12. Negatives were listening to shows every night. Pool music loud and in repeat with rehearsals for nightly entertainment going on at the same time. The sister resorts next door seemed much quieter and less crowded. .

“Ok”
Luis was the best part of our trip he set cars up to leave put our bags in the car even helped me in the car during our trip helped us get downtown even suggested places to go that we would like. Felt very safe at this place to get in or out they checked our room number
