“Fantastic Service at Sandos Finesterra”
Yasmine and Mario provided fantastic service EVERY time we visited La Tortuga and Emiliano’s. Both Yasmine and Mario were incredibly attentive and took the time to get to know our family. “Great service”
Very good service by Arturo and his group. Kind, curious and professional. Food was good and drinks never went empty. Very good job taking care of larger group of 13. Very hospitable and professional. Excellent service from Aturo and Don Diego’s

“First time at Sandos Finisterra”
Great staff, Georgina, Yazmin and Ismael have offered great service from the bar to the food. The resort is smaller than the other Sandos hotels at Caracol or Playacar, but overall pleasant experience with the family, this includes two teens a 13 and 15 year old. Will have been here for a week :-)

“Wonderful resort!”
The weather was the problem! The staff was wonderful! Mario was our server for breakfast and did a fantastic job. Ismael was our bartender at our pool and was absolutely amazing!!!! Romo was our butler and was available everyday, made sure everything was wonderful for us
