“Room clean , pool , lobby .”

The hotel was A1 I would visit again the front seat team door guys the whole property team was fabulous ! I’ll recommend to stay here. Also AnaAurar that welcomes you and let you know everything about the hotel is wonderful . I love it❤️one of my best hotel so far

Beautiful hotel, fabulous staff, super rooms and love the rooftop bar& restaurant. Until about 11:30 AM it is fabulous, then a DJ arrives and from 12, plays extremely loud thumping beat music all afternoon until around 6pm. Hard to describe how loud this is. Beautiful hotel, fabulous staff, super rooms and love the rooftop bar& restaurant. Until about 11:30 AM it is fabulous, then a DJ arrives and from 12, plays extremely loud thumping beat music all afternoon until around 6pm. Hard to describe how loud this is. Impossible to relax and enjoy the pool area, no alternative but to leave the hotel and eat elsewhere. The Taboo beach club rapidly becomes full of hen parties and impossible to enjoy the restaurant. It is the same beat, extremely loud every afternoon. There were even 4 girls standing around swaying to the beat that look as though they are for rent. A stream of Taxi's bring loads of people. For this reason I cannot recommend. The Taboo beach club clearly has priority over the hotel guests.

“Me Cabo”

Overall great experience. A little over priced at times. Staff is mostly friendly. Unfortunately for the amount of staff present, you would expect a more attentive service. Few stand around not doing much.

This was only major complaint. House Keeping: They are rarely mentioned unless an issue. Mine was awesome. Spotless room, waters, extra towels. Saying thank you, writing notes and tipping helps a ton. Host: María Fernanda López was fantastic. Anything we needed she handled and was very response. I don’t know how this young lady is able to maintain a life. Pool: The service at the pool provided by Dunia and Roberto was amazing. I travel ALOT maybe too much. I can tell you these two could transfer to any upper end hotel anywhere. Managers take note these two care about not only the job but customers. My drink was never empty, shade provided, food, they tended to us well. Tip your servers!!! Pool Beds: A post on its own, due to pool manager annoyed me to death. I wanted to rent a lounger but was told no. I asked why and he said because I’m a guest so I can’t reserve them. I asked again so a non hotel guest can reserve but I can’t - correct he stated. I’m a ready, willing and able buyer that doesn’t want to get up early to save a chair at my hotel but if I’m a stranger to the hotel I can reserve one by saying I’m Tom. Correct he stated. Mind you the chair fee is like $150 each which we spent triple daily. Nope wouldn’t do it. Hotel needs to train this guy. What happened. We left two days and went to another club. They probably lost $1500 dollars and allowed us to find another hotel to consider in future. Oh and we wanted to rent the couch. Sure but that $40,000 pesos even as hotel guest. Staff said I should be able to use as a guest. He said no - guess what it sat vacant the entire trip. Again poor manager. Food: Expensive but high quality. I prefer to eat more local but the food was good. Even better with Dunia and Roberto taking care of us. The hotel gives a ton of perks which it’s why it’s more expensive but overall we had fun except for the lounger game. The staff cares.
