Great Stay at Hyatt Sirena Del Mar in Cabo San Lucas My wife and three kids recently came to the resort for the first time and we were impressed. We travel frequently, for work and pleasure, but this was our first time at a Hyatt timeshare. We traded in from our Marriott timeshare and bought an extra room for our adult kids. The rooms were next to each other, which we appreciated, both with a partial ocean view. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, well equipped and clean. We loved the food. We don’t normally eat often at resorts when we travel, but we ate an average of more than one meal a day at the restaurant. We especially enjoyed the chips, salsa and guacamole (secret tip-they sell the same guac in the lobby store). We also often had the multiple enchilada and taco options. Perhaps our favorite meal was the Mexican buffet, which also included a show with local dancers. Tons of tasty options, with salads, traditional Mexican items, protein and desserts. There is a local performance almost every night. The pool area was comfortable and the beach was an easy walk. My boys and I fished from shore and caught many sea bass. My wife and daughter enjoyed a message, overlooking the Gulf of California. The location was great for us. About a $5USD Uber to the grocery store and about a $10USD to town. It was quiet and peaceful. What really made the resort were the people. Alejandro, the general manager, has a great team. We met him during our stay. It was clear how he valued each guest and the customer experience. Gerardo from the front desk frequently helped me with my almost nightly guacamole runs. Fedra helped me book my first fishing trip. It was the night I arrived. She stayed late to help me book my last minute trip. I appreciated her bringing things together so quickly. My boys caught their first marlin that next day, which was a highlight of their overall vacation. At the restaurant, Humberto, Edgar and their team were attentive and responsive and were patient with our special requests. He even provided ingredients for my son to grill dorado we caught earlier in the deal. We bought side items from the restaurant and the meal turned out great. Abby was frequently helping us at the restaurant. Toward the end of the trip she could anticipate our needs. To me, the person who epitomized the resort was Francisco, one of the bellman. He had a huge smile and offered a genuine welcome every time we saw him, even if it was multiple times a day. He gave us tips of things to do, including fishing. We even gave him some of the dorado we caught. He felt like family. I highly recommend Sirena Del Mar and I plan to stay here on my next trip to Cabo San Lucas.

The ocean views and the customer service was outstanding. My family and I visited this resort for four nights and five days. We sure wish we could have stayed longer. We stayed in a one bedroom ocean view villa. We could hear the sounds of the waves crashing against the rocks. It was very peaceful. The room was spacious and was equipped with everything that one might need. About the resort: the pools and hot tubs were nice. There is a swim up bar, gym, game room and restaurant on the premises. The restaurant food was very tasty and the customer service was excellent. The resort is about 12 minutes from town which is nice. There is a grocery store across the street however, I would recommend catching a taxi or an Uber because it’s up a pretty big hill. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we can’t wait to return.

We were a little apprehensive after reading some reviews but decided to book anyways! Let me tell you, we are so glad we did. The grounds themselves are GORGEOUS!!!!! The views immaculate, this is such a beautiful property. Our room was amazing and so much more than we expected. The bed was super comfy, we had the most amazing view and the room was set up with everything you would need. Yes, it's expensive, but we were expecting that from all the reviews. We did go to the grocery store after the first day and bought snacks, bread, deli meat, water, alcohol, etc. that helped and saved us money. Everyone we encountered was great, super helpful and so kind. I would definitely recommend this property!

We are owners here so it's our annual spot. The resort is small, therefore enjoyable without huge crowds and great customer service. We highly recommend the massage services - they are unlike any other. Fedra is always a highlight for us, annually - she will help book any adventure or excursion your heart could desire, just tell her what you want to do. The resort no longer accepts cash - this change did not sit well with us, but in the end, they made an exception and allowed us to use cash to close out. We won't make that mistake again. There was no room service our entire trip - and this was strange. There is the standard tip envelope on the counter for the clean-up, but no one came the whole time. Not sure why but had to grab new towels with a call to reception. Also ran out of toilet paper. SAME. LAME. Same great food and drink quality. Same great cleanliness in pool and deck areas. Same great bell and concierge quality. We love our home away from home, but with all great things, change can be hard to get used to.
