Great location, one mile walk or short taxi to the centre of town. Main part of hotel on the non beach side of the road and breakfast and all day meals in restaurant on beach side. Great location, one mile walk or short taxi to the centre of town. Main part of hotel on the non beach side of the road and breakfast and all day meals in restaurant on beach side. Private dock where dive boats come in just down the ramp. Lockers provided where divers can store their own or hired gear while staying. Racks to rinse and sun dry gear. Beautiful sheltered area to snorkel, just a step off of the back of the resort. Beautiful large multi-depth pool. Food to order and drinks available poolside. Plentiful fresh all you can eat buffet style food from 06.00 to 10.30pm. With huge variety and lots of sliced fresh fruit. Lots of attentive staff to assist with drinks alcoholic and non alcoholic included in your package. Great sunset views from the restaurant.. Breakfast included a chef who made to order eggs and omelettes. Lunch and dinner time they cook to order chicken fish and steak. The hotel room was large with a king-sized bed. Good shower, and our room included a hammock and balcony. Our room overlooked the ocean while we did get traffic noise, the view more than made up for it. Evening shows, including Myan or Fire Dancers, a movie or Kareoke by the pool each evening included. Definitely recommend staying here.

What a blessing to have found Hotel Cozumel. The staff go above and beyond to create a friendly and inviting experience. While all of the staff were exceptional, SUNY was absolutely incredible. She made our visit exciting and fun which was so important for our young daughters! They were thrilled to see her face each day, because she went out of her way to create a lasting impression. We love her!!! The waitstaff were always so sweet, but CYNTHIA stood out with her bright smile and willingness to meet our needs. She made us feel well taken care of. And of course! The man, DANIEL!!! We are always so excited to see him in the afternoon! It wouldn’t be vacation without him!! And last, but certainly not least, ALEXIS!! He always makes sure our time here at the resort is smooth sailing. We can count on him for everything that comes up, no matter what!! We feel at home every time we come here!
