“Easy Check in.”
Check in was easy. Our room was ready on arrival. Edgar, Leslie and Shabelys were helpful on our arrival. They had a rainy day program going for all the guests as the weather was not perfect. Hotel was clean and fun. Everyone was very helpful and informative. Easy to book in ... more

“Great experience, great staff.”
Staff and amenities were great — even with the weather not being the best, we had plenty of fun. The front desk staff was fantastic, especially on check out day. I worked directly with Edgar and Leslie and they made sure were well taken care of with our transportation!

“Worth every penny”
Excellent service with Pedro at Seasons restaurant in Sandos. Food was good and attention to details by all the servers. I had the shrimp bisque soup and the new-York steak. Everything was could has it should be. I recommand that place if you get a chance.

“Great stay”
We had a lot of fun, the activities every day were very entertaining, the restaurants served very good food, most of all, the service was awesome. I really enjoyed the restaurant Seasons, our server was Lorenzo, he was super nice, accommodating and polite.
