Long review but highly recommended for couples looking for a super romantic vacation. Le Blanc was the perfect place to celebrate our 30 year anniversary. Everything from the staff to accommodations, food, amenities, etc was exceptional!! I want to give a special thank you to the following Le Blanc members that went way above and beyond. First and foremost, our amazing butlers, Jose, Antonio, David & Eder. Chef Eric for preparing us two extraordinary meals and making our romantic beachside dinner super special. The Blanc restaurant mgr Miguel not just for his kindness in always ensuring we were being taken cared of but also for hooking us up with a reservation at the French restaurant when it was not available. All of our servers were great but a few that were absolutely phenomenal are Jose at Blanc, Roger & Geraldo that did our special beachside dinner, Emanuel and the super sweet older lady with glasses that serves at the lobby bar. Bell boys Ricardo & Jose, and Roberto were always ready to great us and assist with taxi service and our luggage. Our room cleaning Geraldo who made sure we had a beautiful clean room daily. We spent several days at the Spa and want to recognize Monica for making my first hydro therapy appointment extra amazing! Marianna & Patricia for the most extraordinary spa treatments that kept us wanting to go back for more spa services. The resort offers tons of Entertainment and we had so much fun with Laura during bracelet making and gods eye craft sessions. The last two individuals I want to thank are Eli and Jose who were a part of the presentation team. They were both very honest and thorough without being pushy as it relates to the membership information provided and we appreciated their time.

“Slice of heaven”

We typically travel with our kids so we were excited to try 4 nights at Le Blanc. We stayed at the Sun Palace for the first part of our trip. Both are adults-only & are fabulous! Location Great location! With out a shared ride it is about 15 – 20 minutes from the airport depending on traffic. It is close to the point of the hotel zone where there is shopping and night clubs. It is a short cab or bus ride away from the Isla mall which has high end shopping. Check-in/Diamond concierge We are diamond members and our diamond concierge, Jayro was terrific! He was very responsive prior to us arriving, he set up our itinerary perfectly and was very attentive to our needs while we were there. He located us at the pool each day to make sure that we were being taken of and if we needed anything to make our stay more comfortable. He is friendly and knowledgeable. Check-in and out was smooth and quick. When we return I will be asking to have Jayro be our diamond concierge once again. Rooms/Butler The resort has ocean view rooms and lagoon view rooms. We had an ocean view king room on the 8th floor. The view of the ocean is amazing! We did see a lagoon view room and the view is very pretty as well. We would have no problem staying in a lagoon view room. Standard rooms do have balconies but not ones that you can sit on which we missed. Each room has a double jacuzzi tub and is updated with a large TV and plenty of electronic plugs. The Butlers on our floor were tremendous. I called Billyoel “Senior excelente” because he was always smiling and happy to do anything needed. Rodrigo tended to everything at night and was excellent as well. Pools/Beach There is a large infinity pool on the beach side and a good size regular pool on the lagoon side. The beach side is very quiet and tranquil. It has an amazing view of the ocean. The lagoon side has their entertainment activities & is much livelier. It also has a made to order restaurant which we liked for snacks, etc. Laura our pool concierge made our stay very comfortable. She has a motor that never quits! She’s always making sure that everyone has what they need to make their day as they want it. The beach is spectacular. It’s one of the largest beaches in the hotel zone. The water is crystal clear and very swimmable for the time of year that we were there. We loved long walks on the beach. You can walk down to the Beach Palace & enjoy their 360 degree view from on top of their hotel for some amazing photos. Fitness center It is large with modern equipment. They have private trainers for workouts. It has all of the modern equipment and a separate room for pilates, yoga, etc. Richardo is knowledgeable about every piece of equipment & is very helpful for every guest no matter what level they are at. Restaurants The restaurants are a step up from the usual Palace resorts (which we love!). I had the best steak ever at Blanc in my 25 years traveling around Mexico & the Caribbean. Jerri & Miguel Diaz are terrific there. We enjoyed our breakfast buffet every morning and Daniel & Manuel took great care of us. Francisco, the manager does an amazing job running it. Lobby & shops It's not as large and expansive as some of the other palace resorts but it has it's bright spots.. We enjoyed Manuel & Javier at the lobby bar and Gabriela at the sweet shop.

“Another Fantastic Vacation”

This is our 4th time visiting this resort and we continue to be impressed with the service and hospitality of the staff. We love the beach area and spend most of our week there. The awesome crew of Jesus, Victor and Esteban made our stay memorable.

At Le Blanc the food is even better than before but is still exceeded by the staff. The concierge service is outstanding and led by the best of all, Saul. his note taking his precise, and once you have made a request, he ensures that it is followed through day after day. In addition, he seems to anticipate everything we could possibly want. I would also like to say that Bella in prime steakhouse the food that’s now included is the best of the best.
