“To anyone hesitating, this is a great hotel! ”

If you're standards are extremely high and you're looking for a 5 start VIP hotel where everything is "perfect" stop reading now and don't come here...but if you're looking for a great place to eat, sleep and where all employees are fantastic in a city where the economy is starting to rebuild again, this is the place to be! We were stressed coming here because of the reviews but we are pleasantly surprised! Honestly, amazing service, the food is fantastic and the locals are so nice. The people who say the service is awful just aren't being kind to the employees. The elevators are very, very long but ask for a 2nd or 3rd floor with an ocean view and it'll be the perfect vacation. The hotel is older but it's very well maintained. The AC works and we do have hot water. There are alot of locals on the beach but it's lively. The pools are very clean and the slide for the kids is functional. Just beware when walking on the beach, there is alot of broken glass, but we've been sitting at the pool the whole time and it's been great. The private security are all very great! Thank you to Humberto, Carlos, Eduardo, and anyone else we forgot. Also, the city is very safe during the day compared to what we were told! Hoping the tourism in Acapulco will bounce back because it's a beautiful place

The bad parts first. The elevator situation is pretty bad. When we arrived there were two of the four elevators working. The third was fixed while we were there. We took the stairs mostly as waiting for the elevator took a long time. They could or should consider small refrigerators In the rooms. The good, The good was very good albeit the same most days. The staff was very nice. The check in was fast, the checkout not so much the that begins the desk, Michelle recognized we were checking out and go to us quickly. The pools and the beach area are very nice Avoid Acapulco on weekends or ingress and egress during the week. The Mexico City tourist are packing the city. The ride from the airport can take a while as there is still road construction I would endorse this hotel. Met one of the managers, Sebastian. Interesting to talk to. Staff is very good

“Beautiful View”
We stopped in Acapulco during our road trip north and treated ourselves to a stay at Krystal. Our room had a gorgeous view of the ocean, and the room was clean and comfortable. I was disappointed that their parking was across the street. As it turned out, our FJ Cruiser was too tall for their parki… more
We stopped in Acapulco during our road trip north and treated ourselves to a stay at Krystal. Our room had a gorgeous view of the ocean, and the room was clean and comfortable. I was disappointed that their parking was across the street. As it turned out, our FJ Cruiser was too tall for their parking, so we parked on the street in front. The security staff kept an eye on it.

The staff is very friendly and they tried to help us in a very professional manner, Juan Pablo and Eduardo our waitress were the best, at the beach Isidro helped us to find the best possible sitting. My rating is mainly because the hotel does not reinforce the rules for the beach area. Speakers were not allowed, putting your towels on the beach furniture was not allowed either, it was very early and the towels place was close, all the sitting area was taken. I am very disappointed.
