“Very nice!”

I thoroughly enjoyed my night at the hotel and I’d certainly recommend it. The room was spacious and spotless and breakfast was lovely. The pool was very large. Whilst check out is 10am you can use the pool area until 2.00 (afterwards too if you pay the entrance fee). My only complaint would be €5… more

I thoroughly enjoyed my night at the hotel and I’d certainly recommend it. The room was spacious and spotless and breakfast was lovely. The pool was very large. Whilst check out is 10am you can use the pool area until 2.00 (afterwards too if you pay the entrance fee). My only complaint would be €5 to rent a towel for by the poolside. It was a thin basic towel you get in the bedroom too. You also have to rent dressing gowns and slippers For info the TV has very basic channels but the wifi was good A special mention to Migan on the reception. You can use Just Eat to get takeaways delivered and he helped me with this as i wanted to make sure I was ordering something vegetarian etc.

“Great decision”

We stayed here en route to Elba. It is 20 minutes from the port. We arrived very late-about 21.40. We had phoned ahead. No problem able to order excellent dinner, very reasonably priced. We stayed here en route to Elba. It is 20 minutes from the port. We arrived very late-about 21.40. We had phoned ahead. No problem able to order excellent dinner, very reasonably priced. Had a huge outdoor thermal pool and indoor. All part of the deal. Breakfast was fine. Only downside was mattress in bedroom was bit soft for me. Family room was clean , tidy . Staff were excellent. Very good base to see Polonia Baratti and SAN Vincenzo. We stayed at the pool no problem after check out. Indoor pool with soa facilities very good. Just a shame we had such a long journey as that would have given us more time there. Definitely worth a visit. Bravissimo

Beautiful indoors pool and outdoors big pool (fantastic thermal water). Bath changing area: no towels, soap or shampoo. SPA (in particular, thermal mud): exceptional. Beautiful indoors pool and outdoors big pool (fantastic thermal water). Bath changing area: no towels, soap or shampoo. SPA (in particular, thermal mud): exceptional. Good location, close to SanVincenzo and BarattiBeach; unfortunately near the road and related noise. Rooms: basic with carpets floor...unsuitable for allergy sufferers, and they do not guarantee rooms NO PET FREE and/or a deep cleaning/disinfestation in case of previous stay of animals. Renovated bathrooms. Don't book rooms without terrace. Room cleaning service: local rude people, without training. No additional towels that those given, not professional hair dryer, no foam bath, no shampoo, just bars of soap..due to sustainability reasons .... Inadmissible that, if you stay there, you have to pay the towel for the pool. Breakfast: nothing exceptional, lot of cakes, friendly staff. Feeling is that they're trying to i) save money reducing the quality of services and rooms ii) make money by making paid services that should be included in price. in general, staff should be trained, becoming more professional and maybe reduced. Rooms and the whole structure need investments.
