“Perfect”
We stayed for 4 nights, very basic rooms but clean and the best service! 2 adults and 3 kids for €100 per night inc breakfast. The people make this place special! Location just off piazza Mazzini on the main passagio!

“Lovely family hotel in great location”
Unfortunately we didn't have a room with balcony and didn't know there was a sun terrace but our stay was very comfortable. Family Stayed for 3 nights. Room was big with lots of storage. “Very comfortable but not much for web-working”
I've been in this Hotel for the duration of Lucca Comics & Games 2015. “Very poor breakfast and small room”
The room was very small. For 1-2 nights with a small suitcase is ok but more it would have been very uncomfortable. Anyway it was clean. Breakfast very poor. The bread was hard and not that good.
